About NBSC

The National Bank Staff College, Lucknow an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Institution is a unit of National Bank for Agricultural and Rural Development (NABARD) . This arm of NABARD has specific mandate of imaprting training and continuing education to the officers of NABARD. The training provided by the NBSC is based on the Training Need Assessment carried out on an annual basis.

It is our firm belief that unless we constantly strive and keep ourselves updated, we cannot deliver training products aligned to the needs of our Organisation and others who have been deputing their Officers to NBSC.
